Thank you for your purchase from Yasmin The Label. We hope you love your new Australian-designed pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our return process is simple.

 

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within seven (7) days of delivery date
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed

 

How to Return

  1. Email yasminthelabel@gmail.com with your name and order number
  2. We'll provide the return address for shipping
  3. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs

 

Refund Process

  • Please allow five (5) business days to process your return after receipt
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
