Thank you for your purchase from Yasmin The Label. We hope you love your new Australian-designed pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our return process is simple.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within seven (7) days of delivery date
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed
How to Return
- Email yasminthelabel@gmail.com with your name and order number
- We'll provide the return address for shipping
- Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Process
- Please allow five (5) business days to process your return after receipt
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear
