What sizes do you offer?
Our pieces typically come in XS/S, M/L, and XL. Our founder Samara is a size 6 Australian and wears XS/S in all designs. For specific measurements of each garment, please refer to individual product descriptions.
What materials do you use?
We carefully select quality materials including fine lace, premium cotton, and fabrics with embroidered patterns. Our signature lace pieces feature triple-layering in the bust area and double-layering throughout for comfort and coverage.
Are your designs see-through?
No. We take extra care with all our lace designs, using triple-layering in the bust area and double-layering throughout to ensure comfort and appropriate coverage.
How do I care for my Yasmin The Label pieces?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Detailed care instructions are included with every purchase.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within three (3) business days. Once shipped, Australian deliveries typically take 2-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our Melbourne studio. Free shipping is available for Australian orders over $200 AUD and US orders over $300 AUD. For other international shipping rates, please contact us.
Are all prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or cancel it as we begin processing immediately. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
Email yasminthelabel@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your return, please allow five (5) business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your bank.

Who designs Yasmin The Label pieces?
All designs are created by our founder Samara, who started the brand during Melbourne's lockdown in 2020. Each piece begins as her vision and undergoes careful development before production.
Where are your garments made?
Our early pieces were all handmade by Samara in Melbourne. As we've grown, we've partnered with carefully selected manufacturing partners while maintaining our commitment to quality and design integrity.
Do you offer custom orders?
Currently, we focus on our seasonal collections. For special requests, please contact us at yasminthelabel@gmail.com, though we cannot guarantee custom orders.
